
Frying
pans have sloped, shallow sides that facilitate the turning of
ingredients and allow moisture to escape easily for better browning. The
stainless steel fry pan is constructed of solid stainless steel and
lined with tin for safe cooking. The handle is made of heavy, rounded,
smooth, cast-iron with a loop hook for hanging. The handle is firmly
affixed with three stainless steel rivets for durability.
Stainless steel frying pans may have tight-fitting lids made of a
similarly heavy metal. Some frying pans do not come with lids. A large,
wide stainless steel frying pan may be used in place of a wok for
stir-frying.
Stainless steel fry pans may be lined with stainless steel for safe
cooking. The handles may be made of either cast iron or bronze. These
pans come with a smooth polished finish.
