There are some more styles of pans in which along with stainless steel some other metals are also used, they are :
- Two-ply pan : It consists of stainless steel interior with another metal on the outside.
- Three-ply pan : It consists of stainless steel on inside and outside with another metal on the core.
- Bottom-clad pan : It comprises solid stainless with other metal applied to the bottom of the pan during its manufacturing.
- Clad utensils : It is made with two clad layers on the bottom.
- Five-ply pan : It consists of stainless steel on both interior and exterior area with three layers of aluminum on the core part.
